Vanessa is a science communicator and educator living in the San Francisco Bay Area. She aims to empower the public with scientific understanding and inspire people to be curious about the world. Her prior experience as a middle school science teacher heavily influences her science communication work.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Scripps College and a Master’s degree in Science Communication from Imperial College London, Vanessa is looking for science communication work and opportunities around the bay.
